Your Role:

As a Luxury Sales Specialist for Crescent Seas, you will be at the forefront of a new era in high-end real estate on the ocean, selling luxury cruise residences to the most discerning traveler. This is not just a sales job—it's an opportunity to shape the future of waterfront living.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell our dream: Market and sell high-end cruise residences, offering clients an unparalleled lifestyle of freedom, luxury, and adventure.
• Build elite relationships: Cultivate long-term connections with affluent buyers, delivering white-glove service throughout the sales journey.
• Showcase exclusivity: Provide tailored consultations, highlighting the unmatched benefits of owning a permanent residence aboard a luxury ship.
• Drive results: Collaborate with our marketing team and other partners to create targeted campaigns that attract and engage the world’s most distinguished buyers.

Who You Are:

• Luxury sales expert: Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-end real estate, yachts, private aviation, products and services or similar industries catering to elite clientele.
• Multilingual communicator: Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required. German and Italian are highly preferred.
• Master negotiator: A proven closer with the ability to handle high-value transactions and complex negotiations.
• Luxury lifestyle savvy: Deep understanding of high-net-worth clients and the refined expectations of the luxury market.
