SUMMARY:

As a Sales Manager at Crescent Seas, you will play a critical role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and representing our brand in the luxury market. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for high-end real estate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales and achieve targets for Crescent Seas’ luxury residences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, brokers, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct private tours and showcase our exclusive properties to potential buyers.
  • Stay up-to-date with luxury real estate trends, market insights, and competitive developments.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and marketing team to implement sales strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless and high-end client experience from initial contact to closing.
  • Participate in industry networking events to expand the company’s reach and presence.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market and high-end clientele.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, results-driven environment.
  • A valid Florida real estate license is preferred.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and reports. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Knowledge of other languages preferred.

REASONING ABILITY:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, associates, and external partners.

Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.

Ability to operate computer screens, review digital content, and analyze data.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of promotional materials and marketing collateral during event setups.
